Only time will tell for sure, but life is mostly about "I'm glad I did". One thing leads to another and if one step is skipped all that follows would be different.
I was a "I wish I had", now I am definitely morphing into a "I'm glad I did" Posting all that is going on in your life, makes me think. You just never know who you will impact out here in cyber world.
My hope for you is that you will look back and absolutely KNOW that you are glad that you did...I know I am, every single day single, even if it is a really bad day, is still way better than my best day ever with him...I just wish for you the same.. forget the past, you did it when you were ready..

There are a few times that I say to myself, "I wish I hadn't." But more often than not nowadays I say, "I'm glad I did."
By the way, I do a killer Zig Zigler impersonation. Cheers Dana!!
Good post...you got me thinking...

Many....I'm glad I did's.
Few....I wish I had's. I think those do less good. I've tried to change the things I would have said that about and made it "I"m glad I did".
Excellent post. :)

I think we might say both in the end...but that is the mystery of life
Both!!
I think the goal is to make sure that number of times I say "glad I did" outnumbers the "wish I had"...by hopefully a lot. :)

I'm trying to live life so it's the latter... my big turning point was some months after my mom passed. I made big choices in the months following.
