I love painted nails, but with Midwest winters being so dry and cold, my nails take a beating. I usually go with the bare nekkid look from October through April, when my nails start to grow again.

That is such a great picture! I let my stylist do a manicure yesterday with clear polish...shhh, don't tell work! I hate not being able to paint my nails b/c of work but my toes are pretty adorable this week. Green with little flowers...maybe I should use that as my HNT.

I just did my nails Tuesday. I did them black though, lol. I don't get to do them often or keep them for long. Not allowed to have polish on my nails at work. Health hazard and all. Wouldn't want the polish flaking off into someone's drink after all..

Well despite dry winters, your nails look better than mine!! I'm trying but they just dont like being longish and girly. It's tough upkeep!
I tried painting mine red last week and I ended up looking like a 5 yr old painted them....I couldn't quite remain in the lines, lol. Red is kinda unforgiving!
I have always been so jealous of girls with pretty nails. Mine are ick. Yours are quite beautiful! :)

The color is GORgeous! I have a purple and a green that would look most excellent beside that color (I never paint all my nails the same color)

That is the same shade as my toenails are right now! And I love those B&W shots with the streak of vivid colour--its a shock to the system, very dramatic! Happy HNT!
