Sunday Stealing | Pop Tarts

(Stolen from Freaky PopTart via Sunday Stealing)

1. What's the coldest temp you've experienced?
I spent several winters in Minnesota and Chicago. I've experienced some FRIGID temps. I'd say the lowest air temp would be somewhere near -20 degrees F. If you add in windchill? Maybe -60 degrees F.
Nothing like living in extremes ... now I live somewhere that the warmest temp is sometimes 120 degrees F!
2. What's for dinner tonight?
Saturdays are pizza night at my house. I'll be ordering 1 large stuffed crust Italian sausage and onion pizza, 1 large stuffed crust chicken, onion, and BBQ pizza, and an order of 12 traditional, bone in, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub wings.
Noooo ... we aren't creatures of habit here ... why do you ask??
3. Would you consider moving to Australia?
Sure!! I would consider moving absolutely anywhere!!
4. What was your favorite subject in high school?
Band ... with calculus running a close second ...
5. How many hours a day is your tv on?
Ohhhhh ... do you promise me y'all won't think bad about me if I'm honest?? I probably have the TV on in my home 16-18 hours a day. As bad as that sounds, the TV is on, but really as background noise unless I hear something that sounds interesting. Then I stop and take a look. In the 16-18 hours the TV is on, I probably watch no more than 3 hours.
6. Have you ever received an award?
I've received several awards, my Expert Field Medical Badge and my Soldier of the Year award being at the top of my pride list.
7. Whats your mousepad look like?

8. How many browser tabs do you have open right now?
Currently there are FOUR. Four is kind of my open browser tab limit!
9. If you are a parent, have you or did you ever put Vicks VapoRub on your children under the age of 2?
Ummmm ... probably? My son is 22 now. My guess is we weren't worried about our kids licking the Vicks VapoRub off their chests back then *shrugs*
10. As an adult, do you like the scent of Vicks VapoRub?
Yes please!! I even use a Peppermint & Eucalyptus Goat Milk Soap because I love that smell!!
11. If you had to pick one insect to infest your house for 1 day and after that day they would just suddenly vanish, which insect infestation would you pick?
Hmmmmm ... ladybugs? Fireflies? Butterflies?? One of those ...
12. What color is your underwear that you are wearing right at this moment?
Oh! *blushes* I'm supposed to be wearing underwear??

I didn't think about fireflies! That would be so much fun!!! I picked butterflies though, they are so beautiful.
I also love Vick's and I used Vick's on my son, but the children's version. Is that the reason you aren't supposed to use it on kids? Because they will lick it off? Oh brother! I wonder too if it would burn their skin? I know peppermint can irritate some people's skin. I love it! It seems like as I read people either really love it or they do not use it at all. hahahaha I enjoyed your answers! Have a great day!

Oooo fireflies! I remember them from Ohio. The cold in Ohio I don't remember, but the fireflies...! Good choice!

Vicks is a love it or leave it sort of product, that's for certain.
Love that mousepad. It's an image from Blogger. And, btw, I love your blog background, too. Lovely stuff!

When's dinner again? heehee Have a lovely week!

Vicks drives me away. When My wife puts it on I have to go into another room.

That's what's wrong with Vick's? They think kids will lick it off? Um...do today's kids not have taste buds? Ewww!
I didn't think of fireflies (or lightning bugs as we call them in PA). They wouldn't be too bad to live with for a day, but a night would be more fun.

I was more circumspect on #12! And I am so glad someone else admits to having the TV on all the time--I do it like you, as "white noise" in the backround. today, however, is OUTLANDER day and I'm watching the season 3 marathon leading up to Episode 1 of Season 4.

I have an older friend who in the 1950s went to New York to work. She became very ill and took the train home. Someone told her to use Vicks. She'd never heard of it before and she ATE the entire jar on the train all the way home. She didn't get sick, and it cured whatever ailed her. Not something I would recommend but I always find that a curious story.

Enjoyed my visit and your answers to Sunday Stealing too. How wonderful to receive a Soldier Of The Year award. I gather you were military? My daughter is an army veteran. Have a lovely evening.
